James Llewellin’s Returns and Exchanges Policy

JL hopes that all of our customers are satisfied with their store purchases, however it is possible that you will need to return an item at some point.

We recommend that you send your things back to us by registered mail. The reason for your return, as well as whether you desire a refund or exchange, should be explicitly stated on the returns form.

If you would like a complete refund, including the original shipping expenses, you must return the entire item to us within fourteen (14) working days after receipt. You will, however, be liable for the costs of returning the products to us on your own dime. If you are entitled to a refund, we will complete your refund as quickly as feasible and, in any case, within 14 days of receiving your request. If things are return after 14 days, a credit note will be granted, or an exchange up to the amount of the original purchase can be performed if the item is still in new condition.

However, the returned items must be in a sellable condition, even if they were not originally packaged in their original packing. You are responsible for the expense and risk of return postage.

During the time that the products are in your possession, you have a legal responsibility to treat them with reasonable care. If you fail to comply with this commitment, we may be able to take legal action against you to recover compensation for our losses. This is applicable to any and all returned merchandise.

It is important to note that our returns policy does not impact your statutory rights.

If you return items with the allegation that they are faulty, we will analyse the returned goods and notify you of your refund by email within a reasonable length of time after receiving the returned goods. We will execute the refund due to you as quickly as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days after the day we confirm to you by e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for faulty products have been received by us.

If you are entitled to a refund or reimbursement, we will send the funds to you using the same payment method that you used to make your purchase. If we are unable to refund using the original payment method, a check will be issued to the address specified on the order.
